I am an inexperienced gardener myself. Back in May, I did try a little gardening project of my own. Try it yourself with the step-by-step instructions below.

What You Need

– Large Planter
– 2 tall, upright plants (such as Fountain Grass)
– 2 trailing plants (such as ivy geranium or asparagus fern)
– 1-4 short, colorful flowers
– Shake n’ Feed Moisture Control All Purpose Plant Food
– Moisture Control Potting Mix

Fill your container with potting soil leaving 2-3 inches to the top.
Plant your tall, upright plant in the back of the container.
Install your trailing plants in the center of the container.
Plant your colorful flowers in the front of the container.
Add more potting soil to completely cover the roots.
Sprinkle Shake n’ Feed Moisture Control All Purpose Plant Food evenly over the soil surface.
Water thoroughly.
Place the pot in the desired position in your yard
